Description
On September 24, 2001, a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty in the amount of $17,600 was issued for a Severity Level II violation. The violation was based on the licensee discriminating against a radiation protection technician for engaging in protected activities. A Notice of Violation for a Severity Level III violation was also issued in conjunction with this case (see EA 01-037).
